The Westfield Fair features agricultural and livestock exhibits, amusement rides, games, entertainment, and more. The three-day event showcases the agricultural efforts of today’s farmers by hosting livestock shows and an exhibit hall filled with flowers, vegetables, handmade items and more.
There will be an antique tractor pull, the annual Miss Westfield Pageant, dairy and beef shows, a craft barn and farm museum, oxen show, sheep shows, ox draw, demo derby, truck pulls, kid’s pedal tractor pull, balloon sculpture, goat show, horse draw, petting zoo, and so much more.
The annual auction begins 6 p.m. on Sunday and benefits the fair. Items that are auctioned are those that people don’t take home from various hall exhibits, including baked goods, vegetables, flowers, corn stalks for decorating and bales of hay. Come join in the fun.

2022 is upon us and we are looking forward to our wonderful local community event the Westfield Fair! We have already started planning this year’s annual event and are facing the many challenges of the “new normal” with our heads up and planning for the best. Our 2022 dates will be August 19-21, 2021. We would like to take this opportunity to first thank you for your past years of support. Without you we would not be able to keep this tradition alive! This year we will be celebrating 94 years of bringing our local and surrounding communities together to experience what our local community has to offer. Our goal is to bring back that traditional agricultural and harvest Fair we all remember. Focusing on our roots we hope to give our community a fun and educational experience that will make us the conversation at their dinner table.
The Westfield Fair offers a variety of exciting and educational events such as horse and oxen draws, youth livestock exhibits to include dairy, beef, sheep shows, craft barns, motorized events, live music, local food and of course a midway!
The Westfield Fair Association is non-profit and we strive to give our youth and community the opportunity to learn and compete at the many events throughout the fair. Without your support we would not be able to make this happen.
If you would like the opportunity to support the 94th Westfield Fair, below are some unique opportunities to partner with us!

Vendors and Commercial Exhibitors
As we continue to develop and grow The Westfield Fair, we continue to offer great opportunities for concessions, vendors and crafters to participate in the prosperity. Come join us this Fair weekend and take advantage of some great sales potential.
We will be operating a full event this year and have taken our schedule and activities into detailed consideration. Our new plan for our track events, along with developing sponsorships for our entertainment lineup, also offer great opportunities to expand fair attendance. Don't miss out!

Westfield Fair Dairy Cattle Scholarship
In Honor of
James F. Phelon
Jim was well known at Westfield Fair, not only for his love of showing Milking Shorthorns year after year at the fair, but most weekends during the fair you would find him tending to the gate. Jim was a volunteer for over 30 years at the fair and served as president for 10 years. He loved to see improvements that would keep the future of the fair going, and was always the first to lend a helping hand. Jim was well known for his love of his family, traveling, farming and the Milking Shorthorn breed. He especially enjoyed showing his cows with family & friends at many local and national shows, and always found his way back to the fair the third weekend in August.
Jim spent a lot of his time dedicated to seeing the success of youth, whether it was through a 4-H club, national junior society, or helping youth get a show, annual meeting, or national convention. He loved to see everyone have the same opportunity.
James F. Phelon passed away on October 2, 2009. Jim’s family and friends came together to develop a golf tournament to raise money for a scholarship given annually in his honor, to continue his legacy of helping youth in agriculture.
